The Spring 2021 term saw the formation of a new participation project including existing Youth Cabinet members whilst also welcoming young people from across the Vale to take part. The objective from the group has been to raise awareness of youth homelessness, specifically hidden homelessness. A number of task group meetings have been held where young people have shared ideas and creating an action plan that includes working with partner organisations and youth groups in the Vale of Glamorgan. The Youth Homelessness Task Group will return this Autumn to finalise and promote the campaign on social media, in schools and within the local community.
