We at Youth Cabinet held a question and answer event with members from the Vale of Glamorgan Council and managers from the Learning & Skills department including the Youth Service. We wanted to raise awareness of important issues to young people following COVID-19!

Before the event, invitations were sent to different organisations, schools and youth groups asking them to attend the event and submit any questions they had. We received lots of questions and want to thank you all for getting involved. There were lots of questions relating to COVID-19, education, the community, and young people’s wellbeing.

We want to share with you all the various questions asked and the answers that were provided by decision makers at the Council. Please find the Q&A minutes below.

Finally we would like to thank all attendees at the Q&A event for getting involved and discussing the important issues raised by the young people in the Vale of Glamorgan.
