SRG School Council has had a great start to the year. 2 students have become Student Ambassadors and have attended the Vale’s training. They are looking forward to the next session in January.

Our Council members have now been divided into their sub committees and are looking at various areas of the school which include: Teaching and Learning; Developments for the school; School environment; Children’s Rights; Behaviour Management and Health and Wellbeing.

Student Council are now coming up with ideas on how we can raise awareness of Children’s Rights in our school community as well as ideas on mental health and knife crime which came from the ‘Make your Mark’ voting during Local Democracy Week.
