Disability Awareness Week was celebrated on the week commencing 28th February 2022. Here at Cowbridge Comprehensive School, we have raised awareness by holding assemblies in school to help educate more people about disability awareness. Throughout the school, we have had lessons to increase understanding and knowledge about different disabilities and ways in which we can support them.

In ICT lessons, classes from year 7 and 8 were set a task to create an app in which they think would be helpful for people with disabilities. Below are some examples of their ideas:
